UNSER INSTRUMENT ZUR INTERAKTIVEN BETEILIGUNG ALLER TEILNEHMER/INNEN WÄHREND DES AMATEURFUSSBALL-KONGRESSES IST DIE KONGRESS-APP „DFB-KONGRESS“

PODIUMSRUNDEN

• Während der insgesamt fünf Podiumsrunden können die registrierten Kongressteilnehmer/innen über die KONGRESS-APP jeweils Fragen an die Referenten/innen stellen. Einzelne Fragen werden es direkt „aufs Podium schaffen“. Alle Fragen werden gesammelt und im Nachgang zum Kongress beantwortet.

DISKUSSIONSRUNDEN ALLER TEILNEHMER

• In Diskussionsrunden werden die Kongressteilnehmer/innen fünf aktuelle Themen des Amateurfußballs diskutieren, gemeinsam Handlungsempfehlungen für deren weitere Entwicklung abstimmen und für die Umsetzung priorisieren. Für diese Priorisierung nutzen wir ebenfalls die KONGRESS-APP. Pro Thema werden in der KONGRESS-APP die gemeinsam erarbeiteten Handlungsempfehlungen angezeigt. Über ein Abstimmungssystem entscheidet jede/r Kongressteilnehmer/in, welche Empfehlung aus seiner/ihrer Perspektive die höchste Priorität hat. Die Abstimmungsergebnisse werden „live“ im Kongress gezeigt und am dritten Kongresstag gemeinsam besprochen.

WEITERE FUNKTIONEN DER KONGRESS-APP

KONGRESSPROGRAMM UND ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN

• In der KONGRESS-APP finden die Teilnehmer/innen: Das aktuelle Kongressprogramm, umfangreiche Informationen zu den fünf Kongressthemen (beispielsweise als Download oder Online-Seminar) und allgemeine Informationen zu den Referenten/innen. Außerdem sind ebenfalls Informationen zur Anreise, sowie zum Hotel zu finden.

INDIVIDUELLE TISCHPLATZIERUNG

• „Wer sitzt Wo“? Über die KONGRESS-APP erhält jede/r Teilnehmer/in aktuelle Informationen darüber, an welchem Tisch er/sie in den verschiedenen Kongressphasen sitzt. Warum ist das wichtig? Während des Kongresses werden Vertreter/innen der vier Ebenen der Fußballorganisation (Verein-Kreis-Verband-DFB) gemeinsam diskutieren. Damit jede/r Teilnehmer/in an den drei Kongresstagen mit möglichst vielen verschiedenen Personen diskutiert, werden wir die Tischzusammensetzungen (und damit ihre persönliche Platzierung) mehrmals ändern.

PODIUM ROUNDS

• During the five podium rounds, the registered conference participants can ask questions to the speakers via the KONGRESS-APP. Some questions will directly "get on the podium". All questions are collected and answered in the aftermath of the congress.

DISCUSSION ROUNDS OF ALL PARTICIPANTS

• In panel discussions, the participants in the congress will discuss five current topics of amateur football, jointly agree on recommendations for their further development and prioritize them for implementation. For this prioritization we also use the CONGRESS APP. The jointly developed recommendations for action are displayed for each topic in the CONGRESS APP. Each congress participant uses a voting system to decide which recommendation has the highest priority from his / her perspective. The voting results will be shown "live" in the congress and discussed together on the third day of the congress.

CONGRESS PROGRAM AND GENERAL INFORMATION

• In the CONGRESS APP the participants will find: The current congress program, extensive information on the five congress topics (eg as download or online seminar) and general information about the speakers. In addition, information about the arrival, as well as the hotel can be found.

INDIVIDUAL TABLE PLACEMENT

• "Who is sitting where?" Through the CONGRESS APP, each participant receives up-to-date information on which table he / she sits in during the various congress phases. Why is that important? During the congress representatives of the four levels of the football organization (Verein-Kreis-Verband-DFB) will discuss together. So that each participant discusses with as many different people as possible on the three days of the congress, we will change the table compositions (and thus their personal placement) several times.
